Refund, Cancellation And Exchange Policy

At Sonaksh – Crafted for You, every piece is designed to sparkle with confidence. Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We offer a 3-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, ensuring clarity and efficiency. After 3 days, the return/exchange window will be automatically closed.


1) Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Refund to the original mode of payment (deducting taxes if applicable) within 4–7 working days.

After Shipment

Not eligible for cancellation.

Custom / Made-to-Order

Not eligible for cancellation.


2) Returns (No Replacement / Exchange)

Eligibility

  • Within 3 days from delivery date
  • Pictures showing original packaging, tags, invoice intact
  • Pictures showing unused, unworn, no scratches/tarnish
  • Upload a 360 degree video showing the original packaging, tags, invoice etc

Not Eligible

  • Customized items
  • Sale items
  • Combo / gift box items

Refund Process

  1. Request via My Orders → Return
  2. Schedule pickup (applicable shipping charges will be there)
  3. Quality check after receiving the product (2–3 days)
  4. Gift Card / Coupon Code issued (product value - (shipping + GST charges)) basis quality check from our team

Note

Once you have initiated the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.

Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service.


3) Exchange / Replacement

Eligibility

  • Pictures showing unused, unworn, no scratches/tarnish
  • Upload a 360 degree video showing the original packaging, tags, invoice etc

Exchange/Replacement option will be available on My Orders → Exchange/Replace.

Option 1: Exchange with Same Item

Same will be delivered + applicable shipping charges. The replacement will only be shipped after the item has been picked up and replacement will initiated post quality check.

Option 2: Gift Card

Product value - (shipping + GST charges)


4) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

We follow a diligent checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end. Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of the following things:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
  • If customer buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
  1. Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewellery is highlighted in zoom.
  2. You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
  3. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
